Phantom is the newest addition to our household and boy do we know he is here :) This boy is all go, go, go, but is actually a very gentle dog. Nicknamed the Kangaroo, Phantom likes to jump and will look over the fence, or jump and give hugs for cuddles.
Phantom likes his stuffed toys and likes even better to de-stuff them and spread the fluff all over the yard. Stuffed toys last only a few minutes with him, he is always trying to steal Zacyah's stuffed duck. He loves it that much we brought him 5 of his own, 2 of which have met their demise (though I do believe that squid has something to do with this ;) )
A great excavator, Phantom could be borrowed out to the local land developers to help clear land for building or to farmers that wish to sow seeds :) Upon finding a new hole one only has to look at Phantom and he tries to look so sweet and innocent as if to say, it wasn't me mum". The sand on his paws and nose state otherwise. Ahhh who would have this terrorist any other way.
Each day is a new adventure and one never knows what this boy will do to make one laugh throughout the day, like standing at the top of a jetty and spotting the ducks.. taking a step and falling in. Still laugh at that one hahaha.
Phantom is maturing into a handsome dog and is about to start his show career in the all breeds conformation ring and also will try his paw at herding sheep and obedience trialling. At Phantom's second specialty show, (the first of which he was eligible for a V-rating) he went on to place V2 in a strong class of 9 dogs all of which were older, so he has a promising career ahead in the show ring. Hopefully we will be announcing his Australian Championship title very soon.
